There are some exciting new things happening at 496 Arroyo!

• There is a new landscape company providing landscape maintenance. We hope to see some nice improvements in the level of service and to kick things off new plants were put in the lobby planters.
• There is a new janitorial company in place and they have been doing a phenomenal job with keep the community clean. We hope to see some nice improvements in this area as well.
• We understand that the garage area needs to be swept. We have a company ready to step in and get this done ASAP. We hope to see the cleaning take place within the next few days.

Weekly Update:

• The carpet cleaning in the lobby will take place next week. The hallway carpets will be looked at next week to determine what kind of cleaning can be done to them without causing damage.
• You will be receiving a copy of the proposed election rules for your review and comment. Once the election rules are finalized we can move forward with the annual election.  Now is the time to start thinking about whether or not you want to join the Board of Directors.
• Building Maintenance – This has been a bumpy transition but we are finally getting some momentum. We have a building engineer that is at the property every other week.  The Building Engineer will help to get the building looking like the luxury building you bought into.  Exciting things to come.
